Training FAQ
Registration, access, groups, and policies for Nash Group courses.
How do I register?
Open the course from the Education and Training page, review the program, agree to the registration policies, and continue to secure payment. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Do I need an account?
No. You register and pay without creating an account.
When are the session dates?
Dates are posted on each course page as they are scheduled. After you register, Lillie Nash emails your session dates, Zoom link, and materials.
How are courses delivered?
Live online courses run on Zoom. Test your setup with Zoom's test meeting, and see Zoom's system requirements.
What formats are offered?
Signature Intensive: 12 hours live online in 4 sessions ($1,950 per person; in person, 2 days: $2,050). Professional Masterclass: 3 hours live online ($495). Leadership Session: 2 hours live online ($249). On site and custom training for organizations is by quote.
What is included?
Live instruction, the course slides and materials, one year of access to the session recordings, and a certificate of completion.
Who teaches the courses?
Dr. Troy Nash, CEO & Co-Founder, and Arielle Nash, President & Co-Founder. Their bios are on the Education and Training page.
Can I register several people?
Yes. Choose the number of seats at checkout, then email Lillie Nash each participant's name and email. Group rates: 2 to 5 seats, 4.8% off; 6 to 10 seats, 6.9% off; 11 or more seats, 9.0% off. Ask Lillie for your rate code before checkout.
Do you offer nonprofit or public-sector rates?
Yes. Nonprofit organizations and public agencies can ask Lillie Nash for a rate code before checkout.
Will there be a recording?
Yes. Registered participants receive the session recordings and slides, with one year of access to the recordings.
Can my organization pay by invoice?
Yes, by request. Email Lillie Nash with the course, the number of participants, and your billing contact.
Can you train our whole team?
Yes. On site and custom training is delivered to your team and built on your projects. Email Lillie Nash to start.
What is the refund policy?
Tuition. Tuition is paid in full at registration. One registration seats one participant.
Withdrawals. No penalty for withdrawals received more than 7 days before the program start date. Withdrawals received within 7 days of the start date incur a $75 charge. No refunds on or after the first day of the program.
How to withdraw. Email notice of withdrawal to lillie@thenashdevelopmentgroup.com.
Program changes. If The Nash Group cancels a program, all tuition is refunded in full.
Certificate. A certificate of completion is issued with full participation and paid tuition.
I need an accommodation to participate.
