Hey, want to hear the story of how it all began?
So, The Nash Group? Yeah, it all started with my dad, Dr. Troy Nash. He had a pretty tough upbringing, raised by a single parent, relying on welfare, and living in some seriously rundown, government-subsidized housing. I remember the first time he took me back to see where he grew up - let's just say it wasn't pretty. But you know what? He didn't let that hold him back. He worked his butt off to get an education, pull himself out of poverty, and make sure our family had everything we needed. And now, here we are, on a mission to make sure nobody has to go through what he did. Our company is all about providing safe, clean, and affordable housing in communities that need it most.

There is no state or county where a renter working full-time at minimum wage can afford a two-bedroom apartment. Seventy percent of all extremely low-income families are severely cost-burdened, paying more than half their income on rent. This is a big problem, and one Arielle Nash, co-founder of the Nash Group, intends to combat. She with her dad, Dr. Troy Nash, founded The Nash Group, a 100% minority-owned and operated affordable housing development firm, to provide creative affordable housing solutions.
