What consulting services does AGI Affinity offer?
Through AGI Affinity LLC, we provide comprehensive consulting services including LIHTC application preparation, market studies, financial feasibility analysis, and our proprietary TSDOH Assessment Matrix for health-housing integration. We help organizations navigate the complex affordable housing development process from concept to completion.
Do you offer education and training programs?
Yes! We offer one of the largest selections of affordable housing development webinars in the United States through our Education and Training Platform. What is The Nash Group Community Foundation?
The Nash Group Community Foundation, Inc. is our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to housing stability, community education, and breaking cycles of poverty. The Foundation supports resident services, educational scholarships, and community programs that complement our affordable housing developments. Tax-deductible donations can be made at tngcf.org.

We currently have active developments in Kansas City and St. Louis, Missouri, with expansion into Florida (West Palm Beach area).
