CEO and Co-Founder
From Section 8 public housing to eight degrees. Former Kansas City Councilman, 1999 to 2007, and Chair of Planning, Zoning & Economic Development, 2003 to 2007. Former MHDC Vice Chairman, 2009 to 2017, nominated by the governor and confirmed by the Missouri Senate. Former Director of Public Sector Consulting and Partner at Newmark Zimmer. Among the degrees, a J.D., an M.B.A. and an M.P.H. from Brown. Assistant teaching professor at a major university.

Co-founded The Nash Group with her father at 13. Gap year on Capitol Hill as an intern for Congressman Emanuel Cleaver II, who later chaired the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing, Community Development, and Insurance. Private equity research intern at Artemis Real Estate Partners in 2023. Ingram's 20 in Their Twenties, 2022. Fluent in Spanish and Chinese. Pursuing Integrated Studies at Washington University in St. Louis.
