Dr. Nash serves as Director of the Lewis White Real Estate Center and Professor of Real Estate at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Bloch School of Management, where he teaches undergraduate, graduate, and Executive MBA courses exploring the intersection of politics, public policy, and business.

With nine advanced degrees - including a JD, EdD, MPH from Brown University, and MBA - he brings rigorous academic methodology to real-world development challenges.
