The homes

Alumnus Gardens West is 52 homes in one building at 4457 St. Louis Avenue. In the application, 46 are Low Income Housing Tax Credit homes and 6 are market rate.

The application also sets aside 11 homes funded through HOME, 11 through the National Housing Trust Fund, 13 as permanent supportive housing, and 3 as accessible homes.

It estimates 60 full-time construction jobs and 3 permanent jobs.

Phase two
