Raised in Kansas City public housing, Dr. Nash learned what housing insecurity costs a family. That lived experience now drives every deal he structures and every audience he addresses.
Service and Nine Degrees
Served in the U.S. Air Force, then earned nine degrees: EdD, JD, MBA, MPH from Brown University, M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice (currently pursuing), and MUP from USC. Discipline forged in the military became the engine behind relentless academic pursuit.
Breaking Barriers
Chaired the Kansas City Council for 8 years. Served as MHDC Vice Chairman. Became the first African American principal at a top Missouri CRE firm, shattering a 193 year barrier. Now a Hall of Fame inductee.
