The academy and the podium
We teach what
we practice.
From Section 8 public housing to nine degrees. We train the industry we work in, and we speak to it.
Education & training
The Nash Group Academy
Practitioner training from people who file the applications, close the deals and sit through the hearings.
The Academy
Professional curriculum
Real estate and affordable housing development, taught by an active developer.
Corporate Training
Custom programs
Built for a specific team and a specific problem, not delivered off a shelf.
University Courses
Academic instruction
Real estate fundamentals, principles and development, at a major university.
Speaking
Three ways we take the stage.
Keynote, panel or working session. Tell us the room and we will tell you which one it should be.
Keynotes
Conference and convention keynotes.
Conference sessions
Industry panels and technical sessions.
Workshops
Facilitated working sessions, not lectures.

On the podium
We are in the room either way.
Keynotes, panels and workshops, from a firm that files the applications rather than one that studies them.
Why this is hard to copy
The person teaching it is the person doing it
Most real estate education is taught by people who study the industry. This is taught by someone underwriting deals in it the same week.
Dr. Nash is an assistant teaching professor in the Executive MBA Program at the UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management and Director of the Lewis White Real Estate Center. He is also closing affordable housing transactions.
That is the whole difference. A case study written from the outside describes a decision. A case study written by the person who made it explains why the alternatives were rejected.
