Third Generation Promise
Asher Nash is the third generation of the Nash family transformation. His great-grandmother raised six children in Section 8 housing. His grandfather broke barriers to become the first African American partner at a top commercial real estate firm in Missouri history. His mother leads development operations for hundreds of affordable housing units.
Asher represents the exponential impact of breaking cycles. He will grow up knowing that his family builds homes for families who need them most. He will understand that business can be a force for good. He will carry forward a legacy of service, determination, and hope.

First Generation
Dr. Nash's mother raised five children in Section 8 housing. At 55, she earned her GED and was posthumously awarded a Bachelor's degree.
Second Generation
Dr. Troy Nash broke a 193-year barrier. Arielle Nash leads development for 254+ affordable housing units. Together, they co-founded The Nash Group.
Third Generation
Asher represents the future. He will grow up understanding that business can transform communities and that legacy is built through service.
Chief Happiness Officer
Asher's official title at The Nash Group is Chief Happiness Officer. His responsibilities include bringing joy to team meetings, reminding everyone why we do this work, and ensuring that the Nash family legacy continues for generations to come.
