Christian serves as Director of Development for The Nash Group, LLC, overseeing all development activities across our national portfolio. In this role, he is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of affordable housing projects from initial concept through construction completion and lease-up.
With expertise in project management, stakeholder coordination, and navigating complex regulatory environments, Christian ensures that every Nash Group development meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of development from site selection through stabilized occupancy
- Manage relationships with architects, general contractors, and design teams
- Coordinate LIHTC application preparation and submission
- Navigate zoning, entitlement, and permitting processes
- Ensure compliance with HUD, state housing agency, and investor requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with property management for lease-up operations
- Facilitate communication between development partners and stakeholders
